The make it stop hot sauce from Taos, NM. This very limited blend is made with hand harvested fresh peppers that roasted over an apple wood fire. The peppers are blended with local wine vinegar with a touch of salt. The 2021 harvest yielded an extraordinary amount of Hot Green Ghost and Scorpion Peppers. This sauce is made with these green ‘super hots’, no ferment, simply fresh, thick and raw as can be! For those who want their hot sauce to be HOT!
