Losslessness is a contemplative collection of 108 reflections written over the course of a decade—brief literary meditations that live at the intersection of poetry, diary, and essay.
Emerging from inner dialogues shaped by lifelong self-inquiry, social service, and songwriting, each piece trades density for lucidity inviting recognition of the reality of impermanence:
no feeling is final, no state is final, and although nothing lasts, nothing is lost.
Impermanence, rather than negating meaning, can undergird it. What falls away clarifies what abides. In every shedding, there is something irreducible, indivisible, even luminous.
